Scott is a Professional Engineer and Project Management Professional with 15 years of experience across engineering consulting, infrastructure, manufacturing, and education. He excels in Asset, Project, and Program Management, with a focus on simplifying complex challenges and delivering results. Scott is passionate creating engineering and technology company that emphasizes client focus, business value, and strong support for achieving transformational goals.
Katherine McMaster
Co-Founder
Katherine combines business expertise with a passion for technology, developing software that enhances efficiency and simplifies workflows. With a strong focus on usability, she ensures every solution delivers real value to end users.
Katherine enjoys coding day and night, often with a cup of coffee in hand and her Frenchie by her side. When she’s not in front of her laptop, she loves walks with her Black Lab and spending time with loved ones.
Anam Kazim
Program Management Consultant
Anam holds a master’s degree in environmental engineering and bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Western University, and certifications in Lean Management and Six Sigma Green Belt.
Outside of work, Anam enjoys boating, stargazing, volunteering for communities, walks in nature and neighbourhoods, cinematic storytelling, literary pursuits, fashion, and cultural learning.
Dhruv Patel
Program Analyst
Dhruv is a skilled Program Analyst with experience in optimizing processes and enhancing project performance. Specializing in data analysis, program evaluation, and cross-functional collaboration, Dhruv ensures that organizational goals are met efficiently.
Dhruv holds a Bachelors' of Applied Sciences in Nanotechnology Engineering from the University of Waterloo and is passionate about cricket and badminton. He also represented Qatar's U-19 Cricket Team in the 2017 World Cup Qualifiers (Division 2).

Program Analyst
